FightOdds API Terms

These terms apply to the FightOdds Data API, including the API plans bundled with Pro. By subscribing or issuing an API key you agree to them, together with the FightOdds Terms of Service.

Personal use only

The API is licensed to you, one person, for your own research, models and tools. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly display the data, feed it into a product or service used by other people, or use it to build or train anything that competes with FightOdds.

Your keys are yours

Keep them private. Do not share a key or an account. You are responsible for every request made with your keys. We may revoke a key or an account that is shared.

Fair use

Your plan carries a request limit. Do not work around it, run parallel accounts, or scrape FightOdds in addition to using the API.

Data as-is

Odds, results and derived numbers can be wrong, late or missing. We give no warranty and accept no liability for decisions, including bets, made with the data. Sportsbook data is subject to the books' own terms.

Changes and termination

We may change the API, its limits or these terms; we will show you the new version before you issue a key again. We may suspend or end access for a breach without refunding the current period. You can cancel any time from your subscription settings.
