FightOdds Partner API Terms

These terms apply to organizations using the FightOdds Partner API under a partner agreement. They apply together with the FightOdds Terms of Service. Your partner agreement sets your fee, request limits and data scope; where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Commercial use is allowed

You may use the data in your own products and services, including paid ones, and show it to your users. You may not build or operate anything that competes with the FightOdds.pro tools (odds comparison, line movement, alerts, bet tracking, DFS tools and whatever we add to them), and you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the raw feed as a data product.

Keys and accounts

Keys belong to your organization and may be used by your systems only. Rotate a key you believe is exposed; we may revoke a key that is shared outside your organization.

Fair use

Stay within the request limits in your agreement. Do not scrape FightOdds in addition to using the API, and do not try to work around limits.

Data as-is

Odds, results and derived numbers can be wrong, late or missing. We give no warranty and accept no liability for decisions, including bets, made with the data by you or your users. Sportsbook data is subject to the books' own terms, and you are responsible for your own compliance where you operate.

Billing and termination

Fees are invoiced as set out in your agreement. Access is suspended while an invoice is overdue and ends on cancellation or breach; no refund of the current period on breach. We may change the API, its limits or these terms; we will show you the new version before you issue a key again, and material changes come with notice.
